Evangelia Giantsiou is originally from Serres and is a graduate of the Law School at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Political Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, holding a degree awarded with the distinction ‘Very Good’. She has been a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2007 and currently practices as a licensed attorney appointed to the Court of Appeal in Thessaloniki, running a law office with a diverse clientele and a broad case portfolio.

She handles most branches of law, with extensive experience and a strong focus on Civil Law—particularly real estate (leases, contracts, etc.), land registry (title searches, cadastral surveys, etc.), and enforcement proceedings. 
She also possesses in-depth expertise in Immigration Law. 
She has collaborated for several years with leading law firms in Athens on Banking Law matters, managing numerous cases with a high success rate.

She is fluent in English and has participated in a wide range of seminars, workshops, and training programs. Her commitment to continuous professional development and active court presence ensures the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Dimitra Tsaparli
     
 

Dimitra Tsaparli was born in Chrysoupoli, Kavala, where she lived and completed her early education.
 
In 1999, she was admitted to the Law School of the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom, where she earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, graduating with a ‘Very Good’ distinction in 2002.

In 2003, she was admitted to the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace and completed her studies in 2005, once again graduating with a ‘Very Good’ distinction. 
 
In 2005, she joined the Thessaloniki Bar Association as a trainee lawyer. She currently practices law as a licensed attorney appointed to the Court of Appeal in Thessaloniki, running her private office in the city. Her legal practice covers a broad range of cases and clientele. Her areas of expertise include Civil Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Banking Law, Pensions under both domestic and foreign legal systems, and Intellectual Property Law. She is also experienced in the drafting and submission of legal documents, the preparation of various types of agreements and contracts, real estate searches in land registries and Cadastres, enforcement procedures, contract representation, representation before civil and criminal courts of all levels, and the translation of legal and non-legal documents from English. 

She speaks English and German fluently.  

In 2021, she pursued postgraduate studies at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she earned a Master's degree in Civil Law, graduating with ‘Excellent’ distinction in 2023. 

 
She has participated in numerous workshops and seminars organized by the Thessaloniki Bar Association.
She also holds certifications in Intellectual Property Law and Special Education.
Since 2019, she has served as a scientific collaborator of the Hellenic Parliament, contributing as a Legal Advisor to the drafting of bills and legislative amendments.

Chryssovalanto (Valentina) Goutziotou
     
 

Chryssovalanto (Valentina) Goutziotou was born in Munich, Germany, where she lived and completed her early education.

In 1999, she enrolled in the Law School of Athens and completed her studies in 2005, graduating with a ‘Very Good’ distinction.

In 2005 she was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar Association as a trainee lawyer. She currently practices as a licensed attorney appointed to the Court of Appeal in Thessaloniki, handling a broad spectrum of legal cases and serving a wide and diverse clientele.
Her main areas of focus include Family and Inheritance Law, Real Estate Law (such as title searches at Land Registries and Cadastres, cadastral surveys, and contract representation), Immigration Law, as well as legal matters related to Germany, particularly German pension claims.

Fluent in both German and English, she works closely with leading translation agencies in Thessaloniki, providing high-quality translation and interpretation services, with a particular focus on legal documents. 

She has actively enhanced her expertise by attending numerous specialized workshops and seminars organized by the Thessaloniki Bar Association and the Union for Foreigners and Immigration Law (EDAM), ensuring her legal knowledge remains current and well-rounded. 

Between 2014 and 2019, she was a dedicated member of the Board of Directors of DEYA Pylaia-Hortiatis, where she contributed her legal insight to board proceedings and supported the municipal enterprise in handling complex legal issues.
